In my country rotten fish selling is a common practice. To hide the rotten ones they use poisonous chemical called Formaline that is also used to preserve dead bodies.
When Formaline is used, not only fish but also any kind of food items looks fresh, even though inside the food it is totally rotten. They are very harmful to health.
So, at times of buying Fish be careful. Watch closely to its EYE. If the eye looks fresh black dark,it is at least not rotten, whether Formaline is used or not.
