Marble Maze for Kids - DIY Project.

My kid is five and half year old and is going to a Nursery School.I always try to look after his mental and intellectual development along with his moral character build up.

So I always try to make various toys and games for him that might tweak his mental and intellectual faculty. And in continuation to that few days ago I made a Marble Maze for him.

It's very easy and you can also make it yourself. For more Kid Idea click HERE

Things you will need:
  • a cereal box
  • marbles
  • a scissor
  • glue
  • Some Star sticker or color markings.

How to make:
  • Cut the cereal box so that you can have a tray shaped open-top box (as in the picture).
  • Draw a maze pattern at the inner bottom of the box.
  • Take the part you cut out before to make the cereal box open-top tray and cut that into pieces
  • The cut pieces are to be glued on the maze lines
  • Let it dry
  • Set the marking starts or colour the spots.
  • As in the picture the green star is the  beginning point and the bottom red star is the ending point.
LETS PLAY IT NOW WITH MARBLE(S)!
It is a very nice game for kids. He will have to use his brain to find the way for the rolling marble from the Green Star to the Red Star.

You can use one marble at the beginning. When he will become used to make it more challenging. Just try two or three marbles at a time to win the game.
